Returning goods
Conditions
- You can return the goods within 14 days of receiving the order.
- The goods must be in their original condition, without signs of use, in their original packaging and including all its components.
- You must present proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
Return process
- Fill out the FORM FOR WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT .
- Place the sneaker box, together with the completed form, in a cardboard box to avoid damage to the original sneaker box during shipping. Do not glue the original box under any circumstances !
- Fill out the form and attach it to the returned goods.
- Send the goods to the specified delivery point of the Post Office.
Return costs
- The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
- If the goods are faulty or there was an error on our end, we pay the return costs.
Refund
- We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- The money will be returned to the account specified in the cancellation form.
Complaints about goods
Conditions
- Complaints can be made within 1 year from the purchase of the goods.
- The claim applies only to manufacturing defects and defects caused during transport.

- Fill out the form and attach it to the returned goods.
- Send the goods to the specified delivery point of the Post Office.
Complaint resolution
- After receiving the claimed goods, we will check them and inform you about the result of the claim within 30 days.
- If the claim is accepted, we will offer you a repair, exchange or refund.
- We cover the costs of sending the claimed goods back, but only if the entire claim is accepted.
